The Ghost Stone Fly was introduced to me by Todd Cochrane from Cascapedia St Jules, who runs Sexton and Sexton fly shop in the village. Todd had been purchasing black squirrel tails from me for several years, and on my visit there in the summer of 2009 I asked him to show me what he was tying. He presented me with one of these and I have had great success all summer and fall with this pattern. Thank you Todd for giving me some extra amunition to catch those big salmon which are in the area this year. |
