My name is Nora Durette, I am Eugene Durette's daughter, he went fishing with my son Gabriel a few weeks ago at Larry's Gulch and was lucky enough to fish at the same time you were there.

I received the pictures you had sent to lodge and am very happy to have your e-mail and address.

I would like to thank you for all the flies that you gave Gaby and for the wonderful pictures!

It is always a pleasure to meet people like yourself who are interested in our youths and to encourage them in a sport that has been part of New Brunswick for years and hopefully, with people's help, will still be around for my son's children at the time.

Once again, thank you so much for all you have done!

Yours truly,

Nora

This message was sent to me, after a fishing trip where Gaby went fishing with his Grand Dad, Gabriel caught his first salmon the first night out, and signed the salmon register that night as the first to catch a salmon on our two day trip.  Gaby,10 years old at the time was as graceful as a 66 year old angler, who was as proud of his accomplishment as his Grand Dad.
I rustled up a Wheatley fly box full of my own salmon flies, at the morning breakfast table I presented the collection to Gabriel.  I am sure this collection will remain in this young lads possesion as a memento of a great trip out in the great Restigouche river with his Grand Dad.
I caught a few photographs of the They can be seen here http://www.salmonflies.com/bigsalmon.htm
